*3 tablespoons of La Anita liquid Annatto per chop
* ½ white onion cut into cubes
*2 pcs of garlic clove
*1 tbsp oil

Step 1. In a bowl, mix La Anita liquid Annatto, onion, Oregano powder and 1 clove of garlic.
Step 2. We season the chops with salt with garlic, ground black pepper. Then we bathe them with the mixture from step 1 and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 3. In a frying pan, add oil to the surface and heat it up. Once ready, add the chops and cook until they are ready.
