Mexican tostadas


  • 8 Milpa Real® tostada

  • 1 cup refried beans

  • 2 cups lettuce, cut into strips

  • 2 chicken breasts, crumbled

  • 1 cup tomato, minced without seeds

  • 1 cup avocado, chopped with lemon so that it does not darken

  • 1/2 cups pico de gallo sauce

  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, or manchego, grated

  • 8 tablespoons sour cream


  1. This dish can be served on different plates that people make their own toasts or they can be served already assembled.

  2. Take a toast and put a spoonful of beans on the whole toast. Add some of the shredded chicken, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and avocado, a tablespoon of cheese and a tablespoon of cream.

  3. Serve with the pico de gallo separately so that everyone can serve the spicy they want.
