8 Milpa Real® tostada
1 cup refried beans
2 cups lettuce, cut into strips
2 chicken breasts, crumbled
1 cup tomato, minced without seeds
1 cup avocado, chopped with lemon so that it does not darken
1/2 cups pico de gallo sauce
1 cup Oaxaca cheese, or manchego, grated
8 tablespoons sour cream
This dish can be served on different plates that people make their own toasts or they can be served already assembled.
Take a toast and put a spoonful of beans on the whole toast. Add some of the shredded chicken, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and avocado, a tablespoon of cheese and a tablespoon of cream.
Serve with the pico de gallo separately so that everyone can serve the spicy they want.
