What is Tienda Movil and how does it work?
Tienda Movil it is an online store that offers 100% Latin American products and deliver them to your home.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You will need to provide us with basic information, such as your name, address, telephone number and email address to place an order, but you do not need to create an account.
Do I need to save a credit card on my account to place an order?
No, but creating an account and saving your information makes checkout fast and easy. Please be assured that our website is secure, and your credit card information is encrypted.
Is there a minimum order value to be eligible for delivery?
Yes. Your total order must exceed $30.00 CAD.
How much the delivery cost?
Free delivery in orders over $50.00 dollars. Less than $50.00, delivery cost $5.00 dollars.

Will you deliver to condos/buildings?
Yes. We will deliver your groceries to your home, whether you live in an apartment/condo or a house. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to your suite. You will be asked to meet the driver in the lobby of your building. We will only make exceptions and deliver to your suite if: You are a person with a disability, caregiver of a person with a disability, pregnant woman, Seniors 65+, sick people, mothers with young kids, and any other special circumstances that makes you unable to meet us in the lobby.
How can I place an order?
You can place your order through our SHOP page. Select the product you want and add it to the shopping cart. When you are ready to pay just click on “Check out” and add your payment information. You will receive a confirmation email.
When should I expect my order?
Depends of the area you live; you should expect your order between 2:00 and 9:00 pm the day of your delivery.
Do I have to be home for my delivery?
No, you don’t but if you are not home, we will take a photo and send it to you to confirm that we have delivered your order and we are not responsible if the order goes missing or suffers any damage by racoons, rain, snow, etc. You can always tell us where to leave your order if you are not home or leave a container to put it inside of it.
What happens if Tienda Movil doesn’t have a product for my order?
Tienda Movil will contacted you to let you know and we will offer you similar products.
Is there a cut-off time for modifying or cancelling my upcoming order?
You can modify or cancel your order up until the day before your order is scheduled. Please give us a call at 647-383-9721 or send us an email to modify or cancel your order.
How will temperature sensitive items like cheese be stored after my order is prepared for delivery.
Tienda Movil will carry a cooler that will have all temperature sensitive items and those items will be added to your order when we have arrived at your home. If you are not home, we will leave the item wrapped with a frozen bag. You can be assured that all temperature sensitive groceries be held at the required temperatures, as laid out by the health department.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with my orders?
You can email us, tell us why and if possible, send us a photo and we will credit you for the product that you are not satisfied.
